Stardust is not responsible to provide power, so please ensure you have adequate power for any power based rentals. This generally means a GFI 15amp / 110v outlet.

Expecting poor weather? Our items cannot be left out in rain or poor weather. You can rent tents to cover our games and items or if you need to reschedule reach out to us 48 hours in advance of pickup or delivery date.

We offer cancellation up to 48 hours before your pickup or delivery. Please note custom designed items and signage are non refundable.
