Safety Procedures
All Toys and items are sanitized with germ-killing, eco-friendly cleaners for each event.
Staff will drop off, set up, tear down and take away all rentals. We do not clean up non-rental items.
Staff have sanitizer, slip-on booties and masks readily available to ensure your setup is safe. Staff members do not report to work with any signs of illness.
Staff members carry Stardust Carnival ID which they must present upon arrival.
We utilize Shopify for all credit card processing to keep transactions secure.
We do not provide supervision of children or minors.
We do not provide liquor licenses or gambling licenses.
Yes we are insured, Bounce Houses and Cotton Candy Machine do require a one -time waiver from the renter only.
Changes/ Cancellations
We understand changes happen. Our change policy is flexible and fair. Rentals are paid in full at the time of booking. Cancellations may be done with 45 days notice from the event for no charge and a full refund. One-Time re-bookings within 30 days from the event are subject to a $125.00 fee. One time re-bookings within 15 days of your event are subject to a $200.00 fee. Cancellations without 30 days notice are subject to a 50% fee of rentals.
All prices are subject to applicable taxes.
